Please accept this invitation to a session of the Christian Initiation process at St. Bernadette Parish. 

The process of entering into a relationship with Jesus Christ is similar to that of falling in love.  When you first feel a spark, you spend time finding out more about the person. 

Once you feel a person is right for you, you commit to the relationship.  The Initiation process has beautiful Rites that celebrate the same steps in your relationship with God.

Then you spend lots of time together, enjoying each others company and growing closer.  Eventually, you plan how you will live your lives together.  The process is the same but the partner is God. 

Perhaps you've been baptized in another faith tradition.  Perhaps you've never been baptized.  Perhaps you are a baptized Catholic but were never confirmed.  Perhaps a spouse or relative is Catholic and you've considred joining the Church also.  If so, the Christian Initiation process is the place to learn about the teachings of the Church, ask questions, get to know people, and, most of all, explore your love relationship with God.
